The vegan salad: Hi everyone, my name is Allegra Cini, I am 15 and I live in Italy. I’m the creator of this blog and I’m vegan since 2015. Becoming vegan has changed my life. I haven’t just changed my diet, but I also have changed my mentality and lifestyle. After a short period eating completely plant-based food, I felt more energetic and happy with myself. I began to love fruits and vegetables, which might be strange for a 12-year-old child, and I discovered many other foods that I didn’t know and consume before. I love traveling, hanging out with friends, practicing sports and, of course, taking care of my diet!
