The main purpose of this blog is to share my passion for the vegan diet with other people. We're always in a rush, and we often don’t dedicate enough time to cooking. πSometimes we don’t take enough care of our nutrition, which is normal, but by the same taken really negative. I like having my meals scheduled in order to make them balanced. π This makes it easier to prepare a meal if you already know what to cook and how to cook it.
